Jessica Symes serves as Director of Disease Management for Medical Rehabilitation Consultants, LLC. In this role, Jessica oversees the execution of chronic disease coordination by developing and implementing plans of care while providing education to clients with chronic health conditions. Jessica is a master’s prepared registered nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience. She has worked in specialties such as medical-surgical, telemetry, orthopedics, critical care, and trauma. She enjoys sharing her healthcare knowledge and empowering patients along the journey to self-care using a holistic approach.
