Personal interaction at MRC begins with a real person answering our phones and directing each caller to the appropriate professional. All our utilization review and medical case management functions are handled by experienced registered nurses, most with advanced degrees and certifications, trained individually to our high standards. As much as possible we will perform case management on-site with the members and care providers to ensure appropriate understanding of their medical situation and emphasize our involvement.

All involved parties have access to the President & CEO of MRC as well as all professionals on staff. We are available to you to answer questions, plan strategy, conduct research, problem-solve, and advise on plan design.If you have already been assigned a Nurse Consultant you can reach them by calling (509) 328-9700 or toll-free at (800) 827-5058. Operational office hours are 7:00 AM through 6:00 PM Pacific Time weekdays. Each call is personally answered by our office staff and relayed immediately to your Nurse Consultant. During holidays, weekends, and non-working hours, all calls are answered by our voice messaging system. A phone number is given in the event of an emergency during these times.
