Kristy Bison-Moesch is the Director of Utilization Management. As a vital member of the Quality Management team, Kristy acts as a liaison for plan members, benefit consultants, stop loss carriers, TPAs, physicians, and facilities throughout the United States. Kristy provides oversight and support to the Utilization Management team providing determination of medical necessity of member plan benefits including but not limited to:
• Assessment of the need for Case Management services
• Rehabilitation services
• Medical procedures
• Surgical procedures
• Inpatient hospitalizations
• Outpatient services
• Mental Health services
• DME
