Personal interaction at MRC begins with a real person answering our phones and directing each caller to the appropriate professional. All our utilization review and medical case management functions are handled by experienced registered nurses, most with advanced degrees and certifications, trained individually to our high standards. As much as possible we will perform case management on-site with the members and care providers to ensure an appropriate understanding of their medical situation and emphasize our involvement.

All involved parties have access to all MRC professionals on staff. We are available to you to answer questions, plan strategy, conduct research, problem-solve, and advise on plan design.
